Seeing the disappointment on Chi Ying, Lu JingYan’s Adam’s apple rolled and he said to her, “I’ll explain to Director Gu. You don’t need to worry about it.”
Pausing for a couple of seconds, Lu JingYan started hesitantly, “Any other family members or friends you want to get ahold of? You can use my phone.”
Chi Ying suddenly thought about Chi Cheng’s round little face hovering over the screen. He must be waiting for her to call.

The subject stopped abruptly and the atmosphere has stagnated for a quick second.
When Chi Ying looked up again, Lu JingYan had returned to work to her surprised.
She had just now noticed that there were a lot of books and documents inside the cabin. She could not begin to comprehend how busy a CEO was.

Perhaps affected by the mood of Lu JingYan working, Chi Ying, too, pulled out a financial magazine from the back of a seat and started flipping through it.
Time passed by and it was started to get dark outside. The rain showed no signs of subsiding. Water was pooling around them and the helicopter started to look like a manmade harbor.
