The FSC Ran Off With The Bun - CH036
The major graduation performance was set for December. It was an opportunity for both the individuals and the school.
Per the rules of the school, every class in the Performing Department must have their own show and participation from each student was mandatory.
Even so, casting was still taken seriously by going down the list and each role matched to the best candidate.

Chi Ying was stunned for a quick second and, her cheeks flushed, bounded away from him immediately. “I’m sorry.”
Chi Ying quickly paid for her tab and left without looking back.
Lu JingYan’s long, slender fingers touched the heat he could still feel on his right arm and the tip of his ears were burning.
His lips curved a little. “… that was quite spongy.
Chi Ying couldn’t hear what Lu JingYan had said but it did take her a while to realize that there was nothing wrong with the cash register…

Yue Zhuo scratched his head with a guilty conscience. “……”
“Have you given it some thought?”
Lu JingYan’s low and magnetic voice came from above Chi Ying’s head. The air was silent for a few seconds and Chi Ying never heard a response coming from Yue Zhuo.
She looked up, at loss. Her pitch-black eyes limpid. “You are talking to me?”
Lu JingYan’s look deepened and his voice cold. “Oushi’s HR has yet to receive your resume.”
Chi Ying declined him politely. “I am not planning on signing with any companies as of yet.”

After lunch, Zhao Wan, Luo Li, and Xiao Hang all got ready to return to their dormitories while Chi Ying got ready to go home.
Chi Ying bid them farewell, walked out of the school, and saw Yue Zhuo headed toward her. He had on a black baseball outfit, sweat pants, and a baseball cap. He looked more like a commoner than a boy from a wealthy family.
Yue Zhuo, too, had spotted her and greeted her with a smile, “Hi, Chi Ying.”
“Young Master Yue,” said Chi Ying, pleasantly surprised by his appearance. “I needed to thank you for the incident at the banquet and Bounce. Thank you so much.”
