It was quickly 12 o’clock they finished eating.

A large crowd suddenly rushed what was once the empty and quiet dining area of government-operated restaurant.

The crowd fought over each other and was more excited than sheep out of their pens.

They took up all the seats in no time. Some who came later could only stand and wait to one side. A few almost got into fights over available spots.

Tan Xiaoyan had put up with so much all morning long and, seeing those who were causing a scene, shouted with a long face, “Be quiet. Anymore fighting you all can leave and none of you will be eating here!”

As soon as she said that, the two tall and bulky men fell silent immediately and neither said another word.

Such was the status of the government-operated restaurant back in this time.

From what she had read in the past, it was said that the police station even posted signs at the restaurants telling the employees to not hit the customers. She found that unbelievable and comical at the time.

If you can give your girlfriend a dress made out of Dacron fabric, they would be happier than if you had given them malted milk. I plan to give it to my girlfriend after I get my hands on it!”

Wen Rugui’s black eyelashes fluttered and he still didn’t make a sound.

The two returned to the base after they had finished eating.

The rewards came the next day.

Zhou Yan was very excited about it when he suddenly realized that his reward had been swapped to two ceramic pots!
