Lu Jue’s lips were pinched shut, quietly looking at Ning Zhi with his cherry-blossom eyes. He only wanted to stay with his Odd Big Sister. 

Supporting Fang Yuzhou, who was stumbling, Ning Zhi turned to woo Lu Jue. “You go inside first. I’ll go look for you when I am done here.”

Lu Jue had always been an obedient one, so he nodded reluctantly after hearing her promise. 

The bodyguard was shocked again. Why was Young Master being so obedient to this girl?

The bodyguard accompanied Lu Jue inside the hospital to have his wound cleaned out, while Ning Zhi stayed with Fang Yuzhou where they were. 

“Let me see your cell phone,” Ning Zhi said again. 

“Purse. It’s inside my purse.” Fang Yuzhou was drunk and incoherent. 

Ning Zhi reached inside her purse, looking for her phone. She quickly clicked open Fang Yuzhou’s contact list and immediately found Wei Xing’s contact information. 

The call was picked up within seconds after it was connected. 

“Zhouzhou.” Ning Zhi heard Wei Xing’s tender voice from the other end. 

Ning Zhi didn’t waste any time. “Your girlfriend is at the hospital right now. She’s drunk. You should come and pick her up.”

The very next second, Ning Zhi heard something dropping to the floor from the other end. 

Wei Xing sounded anxious. “Which…… which hospital?”

Ning Zhi checked the name of the hospital and communicated it to Wei Xing. “Hurry up and come.”

“Yes, yes, yes. I will be right there.” Wei Xing hung up on the phone hurriedly and quickly took time off of work. 

Ning Zhi helped Fang Yuzhou over to a tree, planning to wait for Wei Xing under the shade. “I’ve already phoned Wei Xing. He will be here soon.”

Fang Yuzhou was already so dizzy that she could barely stand. Nevertheless, she revealed a beautiful and gentle smile after hearing her boyfriend’s name. Beaming, she said, “Wei Xing. I want to see Wei Xing……”

Ning Zhi only had 15 minutes remaining to stay visible and only 43 little suns left in her little storage. There was enough time to remain visible while waiting for Wei Xing to arrive and pick up his girlfriend. 

She had no idea how long they had waited before she saw Wei Xing running toward them. She saw a big bruise on his forehead, and he was breathing hard. All in all, he looked like a train wreck. 

“You are hurt?” Ning Zhi asked him. 

The Wei Xing right now looked more boyish than when he was Lu Jue’s assistant. At this time, he did not know Ning Zhi yet and just assumed that she was a friend of his girlfriend. “I was in a rush and took a fall.”

He was startled when he heard that his girlfriend was at the hospital.

He couldn’t imagine what would have happened to his girlfriend had she been taken away by that evil Professor Yuan. He felt a chill down his spine and a panic inside of him. 

Ning Zhi waved at him and said nothing else. She then walked toward the hospital to see her Lu Jue.
