When Zhu Hanyu, the little assistant, arrived at 7 AM to deliver breakfast for Luo Xiu as usual, he saw Gu Nian waiting outside of his room.
Zhu Hanyu stopped and asked in surprise, “Screenwriter Gu? What are you doing here?”
Hearing his voice, Gu Nian turned around and gave Zhu Hanyu a very bright smile. “I am waiting for Mr. Luo Xiu.”
“?” Zhu Hanyu was taken aback a little. “Why are you waiting for him?”
“Take him out to his birthday breakfast, of course.”
“? ?”
Zhu Hanyu was shocked by the amount of information. His first reaction was to lift up the bag of breakfast in his hand a little. “If you are taking him out to breakfast, then what am I doing here?”
Gu Nian patted him on his shoulder. “You are taking a paid day off. I will be substituting for you. Are you happy?”
Zhu Hanyu, “Of course I am if I don’t have to wo…. Wait!!”

Luo Xiu did not answer his question. He turned to look at the girl next to him. “Where are we going today?”

He heard! He was not deaf!!
The little assistant gritted his teeth and looked very ferocious. He looked at him then he looked at her. He looked at her then he looked at him. Finally, he made up his mind, gathered up his courage, and pulled Luo Xiu over to one side.
Before they even stopped moving, he could already tell Luo Xiu staring at his hand while frowning.
Luo Xiu, “Move your hand.”
