Luo Xiu laughed when he saw her straight face. He lowered his eyes some and said, “I’ll have Hanyu book them for you. It is my birthday. It’s only right for me to pay for your hotel rooms.”

Luo Xiu turned and immediately after he had lifted his arm to gesture at Zhu Hanyu, who had been sent to one side by him earlier, Gu Nian, who had recollected herself, had already lunged at him and held onto his arm.

Walking up to them, Zhu Hanyu noticed that Gu Nian was holding onto Luo Xiu’s wrist and refusing to get go. He immediately looked at Gu Nian with alarm and was ready to pull her away as soon as Luo Xiu gave him the words.
