Luo Xiu bend down, picked Gu Nian up sideways, and headed for the patio exit.

He had just walked down the hollowed planks before he heard someone at the entrance of the patio. He looked up.

He knew the person coming toward them. At least he recognized his face––

He was the one who came over to make Gu Nian drink after he found out that she was drinking for Luo Xiu. He was also one of Demons’ investors.

He middle-aged man was already red from all the alcohol and probably recommended by the server to get some fresh air from the only patio of the hotel.*

Luo Xiu couldn’t be bothered to engage with this man.

He would never let himself get angry at a social failure with nothing but fat and garbage inside his body who never had a comprehensive personality and lacked the most basic common sense of human nature.
