When they got closer, Xu WanZhi could finally somewhat made out what Feng Chun was saying.

I had him drank so much that he was drunk in front of a table-full of people,” said Feng Chun as he toyed with his fancy cufflinks. “He had already lost his Project Falcon. I’ve heard that he had run into some issues with his patent application as well. The Qin’s stocks aren’t very expensive right now and it didn’t cost me much to get into the field. After the Qin’s news announcement next month, I will inject another round of capital into the Qin’s. Mu XiYuan had recovered a few days ago and he’d be able to work with Qin Sheng from the inside. We will purposefully bring the stock price down and Mu ZhenYu won’t even know what had hit him.”
Feng Chun’s words were offensive and the man he was talking to chuckled as well. Xu WanZhi was displeased from what she heard and wanted to turn around and leave.
Low and behold, Feng Chun carried on. “Such a pity that he really thought I have agreed to invest in him. Such a naïve person, wouldn’t you say?”
