Tong Xuelu reminded him, “Uncle Fang, do you want to take this matter to the police or just ask for monetary compensation from them?”

Father Fang finally recollected himself. “Your son pushed my daughter. I will take you to the police if you don’t compensate us!”

Truth was, Xiang Peng would not been arrested even if they had gone to the police station. Regardless, neither families really want to take matters to the police station.

Tong Xuelu walked into the patient’s room and saw Fang Jingyuan, who was still crying. “I will give you two bags of red date and walnut candies if you still stop crying.”

Fang Jingyuan’s tear stopped abruptly and she blinked and said, “And a red date cake. My heart was injured and I need to be comforted with dessert.”

Tong Xuelu nodded, “Alright.”

The spring sun casted down her Tong Xuelu’s fair face slowly. The short hair in the front of her forehead were picked up by the breeze. Her red mole under her eye was bright and charming. It made his heart throbbed.

Fang Wanyuan had hated that red mole under the corner of her eyes. But now he found it incredibly attractive.
