Cheng Huan lowered her head and didn’t speak. The man sitting across from her was still going on and on. Each sentence coming from him was about the benefits of having him recognize XingXing as his child. 

He was a business man and was naturally good with his words. Toward the end, Cheng Huan started to see his points.

Jiang MingYuan’s attitude made it difficult for Cheng Huan to continue to criticize him. All of the scenarios that she had played through in her head previously was in vain. Cheng Huan thought a lot but she finally said dryly, “What is it that you want?”

“Naturally, I came looking for you because I want to recognize my child.” Seeing that the woman in front of him had changed colors, Jiang MingYuan added, “Of course, that by no means meant that I want to fight you over him.

Cheng Huan’s face suddenly changed colors. She hadn’t expected to run into him here. 

She stared at the man long and hard and her emotions roiled inside of her and, finally, she gritted her teeth and said, “Sure.”

After she had said that, the car door opened. The chauffeur walked out and opened up the back door for her. 

Cheng Huan was just debating if she should make one more pancake but gave up the idea after she heard what XingXing had said. XingXing ate too much and his stomach didn’t feel good. Cheng Huan gave him a digestive pill before she told him, “Go stand over there for a while to help with your digestion. Don’t bounce around now.”
