And, just like that, XingXing spent the first afternoon at his daddy’s office picking out gifts. Qi Shan had brought over many brochures with the latest products from all the designer brands. The little kiddo was very serious in his picking process and would look over each item multiple times in order to pick out the ones that he liked the most then compared them again. He was finally able to find the one that he liked the best by the end of the work day.

It was a white Classic Flap that was fuzzy on the outside with a large logo made out of various types of gems. It was surely dazzling.

XingXing had his eye on this one immediately and, after looking around, did not see anything that he liked better. He walked over to his father with that brochure. Jiang MingYuan was just finishing up the last of his work.

As opposed to her requirements for her future daughter-in-law, Gu MingLi didn’t ask for much for grandchild. From her perspective, the mother of the child was not important. They would naturally be poised with her upbringing.

It was all very matter-of-fact for her and her words truthfully reflected her thought. “The child is not young anymore. Have you arranged for teachers for him? I recalled that you have foreign teacher teaching you English when you were just three years old. If you don’t have one yet, I know someone…”

“Mom.” Jiang MingYuan interjected. “I seem to have mentioned that I don’t need you interfering with matters of my child.”

Gu MingLi’s look froze on her.

“Okay, I get it.” Jiang MingYuan nodded slight and didn’t even so much as to blink.

He went upstairs with XingXing and, sure enough once he pushed open the door to his office, he saw someone sitting inside of it.

As the mother of the boss, Gu MingLi had obviously been treated nicely. She had just arrived and the assistant had already brought over coffee and slice fruits. Madam Jiang, however, didn’t seem very interested in any of these. Sitting on the couch, her back was straight and her chin was lifted some. Her elegance seemed to shine through all the way from her blood.

Jiang MingYuan kept to his words and brought the kiddo with him after breakfast the next day. The chauffeur was aware of their relationship and wasn’t too surprised by it. All of his employees, however, were shocked when they saw their boss walked in with a little boy in his hand who looked a lot like him.

Gossips was the fastest travelling thing in the world. Almost everybody in the headquarter building found out that the boss had a son in just half a day. There were a lot of speculations as to who it was who had claimed this impossible man.
