Cheng Huan’s rumors had already been suppressed but Jiang MingYuan still got a lot of work in front of him. Mainly it was his project in City I. He had loss quite a bit from the tsunami and many of the incomplete items needed to be rearranged. Many of the completed ones that were damaged need to arrange for workers out there to have them fixed. That, on top of all the other miscellaneous issues domestically, he would probably be busy for the entire month that followed.

Time flies when one is busy. He didn’t even feel like he had gotten anything done when it was already time to go home.

As Cheng Huan and XingXing were both there with him, Jiang MingYuan wasn’t not going to work overtime. He turned his laptop off when it was time to go.

Jiang MingYuan had long since looked into Cheng Huan’s past when he learned about XingXing.

He would be lying if he said what he found out didn’t bother him at all.

He had no intentions toward Cheng Huan at the beginning and only saw her as a stranger. As such, he didn’t let those bother him for very long. Later on, he was too comfortable when they were together and started to fall for her. It was veryifficult for him to think of Cheng Huan as the person that he had read about in the reports.

That was the first thing that Qi Shan saw as soon as he got off the plane. His face changed colors and he quickly walked up to Jiang MingYuan and whispered into his ear.

Cheng Huan noticed that the man didn’t look very happy after hearing the news and asked dubiously, “Is something wrong?”

“No, nothing.” Jiang MingYuan shook his head and reached out his hand to her. “My cellphone was broken. Can I use yours real quick?”

“Oh, sure.” Cheng Huan unlocked her phone and handed it over to him. The man messed around on it then shoved the phone into his pocket with no intention of returning it back to her.

As the toy of a magnate, the service on the private plane was impeccable. XingXing said he wanted shrimp and, sure enough, there was a giant lobster weighing close to 13 pounds on the dinner table. Over 10 people at the table were not able to finish it.

Cheng Huan was sleepy again after dinner. She forced herself to stand around a little to help with digestion then she was very much attracted by the bed.

Jiang MingYuan stopped her, “Go take a shower first.”

The bedroom had an attached bathroom. Cheng Huan took a shower and only dried her hair half way before she wanted to crawl into bed.
